1. Warehouse Assistant/ 仓管员助理

Age/年龄:25-40

Salary/薪水：RM1800-RM2500

Working Hrs/工作时间: 9am-5pm/Mon-Fri, Sat: 9am-1pm

Stay at/甲洞区/吉隆坡区：Kepong/KL

Job scope: 

  1. ⁠Processing order from online marketplaces and webstores.处理来自在线市场和网店的订单。
  2. Packing order and fulfilment to customer, update customer tracking, update system and follow up with customer if there is needed for missing item, or defect item received.包装订单并完成客户发货，更新客户物流信息，更新系统。如遇到客户反映缺件或收到瑕疵品的情况，需及时跟进处理。
  3. Responsibility on Warehouse inventory In and Out. 负责仓库进出货盘点
  4. ⁠Inventories check and update manager stock level for next placement. Perform Stock Check and stock take monthly. 负责库存盘点，更新库存水平并安排下一次进货。每月进行库存检查和盘点。
  5. ⁠In charge of logistics in and out for incoming and outgoing shipment if any.负责进出货物流相关事宜 (如有)
  6. ⁠Stock planning and inventory update in order for alignment with the company marketing events.配合公司市场活动，进行库存规划和更新。

2. Sales Executive

Job Description:

  1. Generate sales from new potential customers and achieve sales targets set monthly by company. 
  2. Build and maintain relationships with prospective and current customers in your assigned territory/region. 
  3. Source for new customers/distribution channels independently.
  4. Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints.
  5. Evaluate existing customer needs and create demand.
  6. Consistently meet sales targets on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis and produce report to sales manager. 
  7. Promote the company's capabilities and brands in the given territories.
  8. Participate in trade shows/exhibitions and other events.

Requirement and Skills: 

  1. Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, business, or a related field
  2. Effective Communication Skills and Interpersonal Skills
  3. Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  4. Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skill
  5. Fluent written and spoken English, and relevant, value added if multi language. 
  6. Age between 25-35 years old
  7. Experience and background in water filter industry and retailing experience is value added.

3. Sales Assistant

Job & benefits:
