1. Warehouse Assistant/ 仓管员助理

Working Hrs/工作时间: 9am-5pm/Mon-Fri, Sat: 9am-1pm

Job scope:
- Processing order from online marketplaces and webstores.处理来自在线市场和网店的订单。
- Packing order and fulfilment to customer, update customer tracking, update system and follow up with customer if there is needed for missing item, or defect item received.包装订单并完成客户发货,更新客户物流信息,更新系统。如遇到客户反映缺件或收到瑕疵品的情况,需及时跟进处理。
- Responsibility on Warehouse inventory In and Out. 负责仓库进出货盘点
- Inventories check and update manager stock level for next placement. Perform Stock Check and stock take monthly. 负责库存盘点,更新库存水平并安排下一次进货。每月进行库存检查和盘点。
- In charge of logistics in and out for incoming and outgoing shipment if any.负责进出货物流相关事宜 (如有)
- Stock planning and inventory update in order for alignment with the company marketing events.配合公司市场活动,进行库存规划和更新。
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and able to commit to due date as per required.

2. Sales Executive
Job Description:
- Generate sales from new potential customers and achieve sales targets set monthly by company.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and current customers in your assigned territory/region.
- Source for new customers/distribution channels independently.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints.
- Evaluate existing customer needs and create demand.
- Consistently meet sales targets on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis and produce report to sales manager.
- Promote the company's capabilities and brands in the given territories.
- Participate in trade shows/exhibitions and other events.
Requirement and Skills:
- Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, business, or a related field
- Effective Communication Skills and Interpersonal Skills
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skill
- Fluent written and spoken English, and relevant, value added if multi language.
- Age between 25-35 years old
- Experience and background in water filter industry and retailing experience is value added.

3. Sales Assistant
