Thank you for choosing our product. Please read the following warranty terms and conditions carefully to ensure a clear understanding of coverage and limitations.

Warranty Coverage

 This product is covered by a one-year limited carry-in warranty from the date of purchase.


Exclusions from Warranty Coverage

The warranty does not cover the following:

 Routine maintenance, including filter replacements, cleaning services, and general inspections requested by the customer.

 Any transportation, packing, handling, and delivery fees.

 Damages resulting from misuse, neglect, excessive tightening during installation, unauthorized modifications, accidents, or improper handling.

 Environmental factors such as high water pressure, poor water quality, or damages due to incorrect installation.

 Normal wear and tear from regular usage.


Warranty Voidance Conditions

 The warranty will be void if the product has been repaired, modified, or serviced by unauthorized personnel.


Liability Limitations

MY SHOPNSAVE GROUP SDN BHD shall not be held responsible for any losses, damages, or liabilities resulting from misuse, negligence, or improper usage of the product.

Shower Head Filter Warranty

 Doulton shower head filters are covered by a 7-day one-to-one replacement warranty for manufacturing defects, starting from the purchase date.

 This warranty does not cover:

 Normal wear and tear.

 Issues related to water pressure.

 Damages due to improper handling or installation.

Warranty Claim Process

 To initiate a warranty claim, customers must retain and provide the original sales invoice or order details.

 All claims must be submitted within the specified warranty period.

Terms of Service Agreement

Product Handling & Customer Responsibility

 Ceramic Water Filters

 We are not responsible for replacing ceramic water filters damaged due to accidental mishandling, excessive tightening, dropping, or impact damage caused by the customer.

 Customers are advised to handle ceramic water filters with care to maintain optimal performance and longevity.
