Refund & Return Policy 

1. Terms of Use

Before using our services or website, please read and understand this policy carefully. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not use or access our services.

2. Eligibility for Return/ Refund / Exchange

Our refund policy is valid for 7 days from the purchase date. If 7 days have elapsed, we will not be able to process any refund or exchange. Any requests beyond this period, we reserve the right to dismiss such claims without further action.

To qualify for a return/exchange:

✅ The item must be unused, brand new, and in resellable condition.

✅ It must be returned in its original packaging.

✅ A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items:

 Doulton water filters – These are consumable products. Once opened or used, they cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.

❌ Items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts,  will not be entertained.

 Change of mind – We do not accept returns or refunds for orders where the customer has changed their mind.

If you receive the wrong item, damaged, or broken goods, please contact us immediately at admin@doulton.my for assistance.

3. Pricing Discrepancies & Order Cancellation

 We do not accept responsibility for any pricing discrepancies between our physical stores, online marketplaces (Lazada/Shopee), or dealer networks. Prices may fluctuate, especially during promotional or sales periods.

 We reserve the right to cancel purchases or suspend further deliveries under the following conditions:

 If the buyer enters voluntary bankruptcy or administration.

 If we reasonably believe such circumstances may arise.

4. Refund Process

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within a specific time frame, and a credit will be issued to your original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you have not received your refund:

1. Check your bank account again.

2. Contact your credit card company – It may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.

Sale Items:

 Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items cannot be refunded.

5. Exchanges & Returns

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please email admin@doulton.my.

🚛 Return Shipping Policy:

 Customers bear the return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.

 If a refund is issued, return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

 Delivery times for exchanged products may vary based on location.

6. Change of Mind Policy

Once a transaction is completed, all sales are final. If a customer requests a cancellation or refund due to a change of mind, MY SHOPNSAVE SDN BHD reserves the right to charge a 20% administrative fee on the final sale price.

7. Policy Updates & Modifications

We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace any part of this policy at our sole discretion. Any changes will be posted on our website, and it is the customer’s responsibility to check for updates periodically.

By continuing to use our website or services after policy updates, you acknowledge and accept the revised terms.
